Included in Rates: All rates include water for up to 2 adults. Electricity is charged separately at $0.18 per KWh.

Monthly Rates: Monthly rates are non-refundable and not prorated once payment is made.
Deposits: Once a deposit is made for a site, it is non-refundable.
Seasonal Site Rules: Seasonal sites allow stays for a maximum of 3 days per week each month and one consecutive week per season.
Guest Fees: Guests are welcome for $5.00 per day, with prior approval from management.
No Primitive Camping: Tent camping is not permitted on-site.
Shower Facilities: Please note, we do not have a shower house available.
